You have our promise not to sell, trade, or distribute any of your personal information, including your email address, to anyone, ever.  Can't think of another way to say it more plainly.

At YouNeedADrink.com we are proud to offer a wide selection of distinctive cocktail party supplies, frozen drink equipment and other products. We stand behind the quality of each of our products. Due to the nature of our business, we have different return policies for Giftware & Party Supplies as well as Equipment, Parts and Large Quantity Orders.


If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for an exchange, credit or refund (excluding shipping and handling fees)provided the product is in the original packaging. In the case of Paper Napkins, Sniffs®, Swankie Hankies®, Paper Plates, Paper Cups or any other consumable paper product, please inspect BEFORE you open the packaging. We will gladly replace or exchange the item if it is in resalable condition with the outer wrapping still intact. Opening the protective cellophane from these products makes them damaged merchandise and voids all exchanges and returns of any kind.


Note: We make every effort to represent colors and fabrics as accurately as possible. However, due to variations in computer screens, some slight differences may occur. In the case of printed napkins, remember they are napkins not art prints. The printing process that is used for these items can sometimes create small irregularities in the prints. The water-based inks and absorbent paper used don't always allow for a perfect print, however, this does not take away from the beauty of the napkin. Slight irregularities can enhance the final printed product. Our manufacturers do everything they can to produce a quality product that you can enjoy and share with friends.

The YouNeedADrink.com Printers are trained to proofread all orders for spelling, grammar, wording and etiquette however, we cannot verify some customer errors, especially the spelling of proper names, unusual event location, town or street names, the date of your event or anything else out of the norm so please review your wording carefully. After submitting your order, you will receive a proof, which we encourage you to look over very carefully. Contact us immediately if you see you need to make a correction.

Changes in your order BEFORE it is printed:
If you notice an error after you have approved your proof, please contact us immediately and we will try to stop your order and make the necessary changes before it is printed. We cannot guarantee that we can stop your order in time. It will depend on how quickly your order is being processed at the vendor.

Changes or errors in your order AFTER it is printed:
In the unfortunate instance an error in your wording does get printed, we will work with you to correct the mistake quickly and reprint your order at a 30% discount. In the event that you decide you don't like the order even though there are no errors or other flaws we reserve the right to refuse the return of the merchandise. We will do all we can to help you, however, we can't accept returns of personalized merchandise.

Errors made by YouNeedADrink.com or the Vendor:
If any order were to contain an error or misprint caused by our staff or the vendor, we will happily reprint it at no cost to you.

LARGE QUANTITY PARTY SUPPLY, GIFTWARE & BARWARE ORDERS: We have a 20% restocking fee for any returns of large quantity orders. Merchandise much be in perfect resalable condition. Customer is responsible for all shipping and handling fees.

WHOLESALE PARTY SUPPLY, GIFTWARE OR BARWARE ORDERS: We have a 35% restocking fee for any returns of wholesale or wholesale large quantity orders. Merchandise much be in perfect resalable condition. Customer is responsible for all shipping and handling fees.

All New Frozen Drink Equipment is sold with a manufacturer's warranty. All Used Frozen Drink Equipment is sold with a 30 day parts only warranty. Please refer to each brand to understand their individual warranty policies. Most New Frozen Drink Equipment has a DOA policy. DOA Policy states that a machine should arrive (barring any shipping problems not related to the equipment manufacturing defects) in working order. If the machine arrives DOA (Dead on Arrival), the manufacturer(at their discretion)will normally send someone to repair the machine at no charge. If the equipment can not be repaired, the manufacturer will normally (at their discretion) arrange to exchange the equipment. There is a normal time limit for this service. Most of the manufacturers give a time limit of 30 days ONLY for this service. Any warranty work is arranged through the manufacturer. Please see the warranty information for each machine for further details.

When you purchase ANY Equipment (Coffee, Ice Cream, Popcorn, Snow Cone, Frozen Drink Equipment) from YouNeedADrink.com, Inc. we have a 20% restocking fee if the equipment is returned to us for any reason other than manufacturer defects (Any defects of the equipment will be taken up with the manufacturer). The customer is also responsible for any shipping, crating or palletizing of the equipment to return to us. The equipment, if returned to us, must be in exactly the excellent condition as the customer received it. Care should be used when packing up the equipment. PLEASE RETAIN ALL ORIGINAL PACKING MATERIALS. Shipping and handling fees will not be refunded and the customer is responsible for shipping fees to return the equipment.

Any parts orders from YouNeedADrink.com, Inc have a 20% restocking fee for returned orders. The exception to this is defective parts. Defective parts can be exchanged for working parts.


Large quantity orders for Frozen Drink Mix and supplies have a 20% restocking fee. Shipping and handling will not be refunded and customer is responsible for shipping the item back to us.,
Our Customer Service hours are Monday thru Friday, 9 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. CST.


We realize that shipping costs have increased. We do everything we can to keep our shipping and handling fees reasonable. Our shipping costs are based on weight for the contiguous United States. Since we sell items that can be shipped ground and also those that MUST be shipped via freight carriers, we have had to compromise when it comes to the shopping cart. The shopping cart calculates the shipping charge up to 4 cases of mix.  When you order more than 5 cases of mix, currently the shopping cart is classifying this shipment as freight due to FedEx Ground's maximum weight of 150 pounds.  You will notice that the quote for 5 cases of mix to 10 cases of mix seems very high.  If you are ordering 5 cases or more of mix, please contat us at 615-353-5715 or email us (link below) and we will gladly get you a proper shipping quote.  We reserve the right to re-price your shipping for the states of AK, HI the Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico as well as all international orders.


We currently ship most parts, party supplies and giftware ONLY internationally. The shopping cart will calculate your shipping when you check out.

We do not offer international orders for frozen drink mix or equipment.
