Shipping Returns Taxes

We realize that shipping costs have increased. We do everything we can to keep our shipping and handling fees reasonable. Our shipping costs are based on weight for the contiguous United States. Since we sell items that can be shipped ground and also those that MUST be shipped via freight carriers, we have had to compromise when it comes to the shopping cart. We also drop ship some parts from the manufacturers and stock others, so the calculations for shipping of those items can be off a little.  If you buy a great deall of small items like "O-Rings" or small parts, and you find your shipping to be too high, contact us and we'll try to get you another shipping quote.  

We reserve the right to re-price your shipping for the states of AK, HI the Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico as well as all international orders.

If you ship to a known residential address, but you select "FedEx Ground" delivery instead of "FedEx Home Delivery", be aware that we reserve the right to ship the items "FedEx Smartpost".  FedEx Ground is to COMMERCIAL ADDRESSES ONLY.    

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

We currently ship PARTS ONLY internationally. 

We do not offer international orders for equipment.

CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL DUTIES OR TARIFFS ASSOCIATED WITH YOUR ORDER.

SALES TAXES:

Some states are requiring sales tax for items drop shipped from a manufacturer to the end user.  We do drop ship machines and some parts, so therefore the manufacturers or vendors are charging us sales tax based on the shipping address of the order.  Therefore, we have to pass this cost on to you, dear consumer.  The current sales tax codes are a patchwork of laws that not only change state by state, but also change county by county, city by city.  It is a nightmare for small businesses to figure out.  Don't get me started....I am so confused on a daily basis, it isn't funny. So purchases shipped to the states listed below will have sales tax collected.  The supplier charges me the tax so I have to pass it on to you, dear customer.  You have to reimburse me for the the tax I paid on your behalf.  Said tax is lowering the already shrinking profit margin that allows us to stay in business.  In a nutshell, sorry!  Call your local Department of Revenue to complain.

Found this interesting explaination that really doesn't help solve any issues, other than to state the problems that are happening now.  At this point, I'll take what I can get.

As of 2017 Sales Taxes will be collected in the following states (so far...it changes daily).  This tax money is paid by us to the drop shipper (vendor/manufacturer/supplier) who collects the tax from us.  We are not affiliated (in anyway) with any other state except Tennessee.  Our nexus is in Tennessee and no other state.

Due to the nature of our business and restocking fees charged by many manufacturers, we have to sell all the equipment and parts on an ALL SALES FINAL.  If anything is defective, we will replace or refund the item within 30 days according to the manufacturers return arrangements.

RETURNS:

CLEARANCE ITEMS: THERE ARE NO RETURNS ON CLEARANCE ITEMS.

FROZEN DRINK EQUIPMENT:
When you purchase ANY Equipment (Coffee, Ice Cream, Popcorn, Snow Cone, Frozen Drink Equipment) from YouNeedADrink.com, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.  If equipment or parts are found to be defective, we will work with the manufacturer to replace the item. (Any defects of the equipment or parts will be taken up with the manufacturer). The customer is also responsible for any shipping, crating or palletizing of the equipment to return to us if this option is pre-arranged and approved by both YouNeedADrink.com and the particular manufacturer. The equipment, if returned to us, must be in exactly the excellent condition as the customer received it. Care should be used when packing up the equipment. PLEASE RETAIN ALL ORIGINAL PACKING MATERIALS. Shipping and handling fees will not be refunded and the customer is responsible for shipping fees to return the equipment.

PARTS:
All Sales Final with the exception of defects.  If parts are found to be defective, we will work with the manufacturer to replace the item. (Any defects of the equipment or parts will be taken up with the manufacturer). Customer is responsible for shipping the defective part and shipping of the replacement part unless pre-arranged and approved with YouNeedADrink.com.
