2.) How does it compare to those made in Italy like the Carpigiani and Faby?
The Bunn Ultra II slush machine is American made. Carpigiani (Coldelite or Sencotel) and Faby (CAB) frozen drink machines are made in Italy. The Bunn Ultra II has the longest warranty of any machine on the market. The Faby (CAB) and Carpigiani (Coldelite or Sencotel) margarita machines have a 1 year parts only warranty.

8.) What is the difference between the Bunn Ultra II frozen margarita machine and the Bunn CDS-2 frozen slush machine?
The Bunn Ultra II frozen drink machine is the upgrade from the Bunn CDS-2 frozen drink machine. The Bunn Ultra II margarita machine has a sealed electronic display where the Bunn CDS-2 frozen drink machine has a pull out drawer with buttons. The Bunn Ultra II also has the reversing auger system where the Bunn CDS-2 does not. Bunn also changed the hoppers and now has the new no lube technology for the Bunn Ultra II. The CDS-2 needs lube on the seals of the frozen drink machine.
